1. The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the Ghana Productive Safety Net Project 2 Additional Financing (GPSNP 2 AF), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Engagement of Caterers to Provide Catering Services to Schools for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 Academic Years in the pilot Districts.
2. The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection now invites sealed Tenders from eligible National providers of Catering Services to Schools for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 Academic Years in the pilot Districts as follows:

3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the address below and inspect the Tender Documents at www.ghanaschoolfeeding.com from 19th August 2024 to 5th September 2024.
4. A complete set of Tender Documents and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers through the GSFP MIS platform and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) also through the www.ghanaschoolfeeding.com.
5. All Tenders properly completed online for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 Academic Years must be completed online on or before 5th September 2024 at 11:00 am. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to participate in the opening via www.ghanaschoolfeeding.com on 5th September 2024 at 11:00 am.
6. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
